Originally intending to open towards spring 2020, SHAY’s all star team captained by chef Joseph Awad have been patiently waiting for the situation surrounding Covid-19 to ease-up, and get the green light to introduce Montrealers to their vision. After so many months of waiting, Chef Joe came up with the concept of “gourmet Lebanese pub food” as a way to familiarize people to some of the delicious flavours of SHAY, while offering a menu that will hold well when you get it home.
